we are happy to present you our 6 course Valentine menu, which is designed by our chef-team under the leading of Karel Suchý.

  • Cream of Jerusalem artichoke, tropical shrimp, Fregoli
  • Lemon sorbet, Chokeberry, dehydrated raspberries
  1. Cod Skree fish, turnip puree, fava beans, prosciutto, semi-dried tomatoes
  2. Veal Calves „Sous vide“, saffron risotto, black cabbage, veal juice
  • Gingerbread cake of dark chocolate, poached pear, pistachio
